PACCAR Financial Europe zoekt een WO-stagiair Privacy Compliance in Eindhoven. Je ondersteunt de Compliance/Privacy-afdeling en assist bij dagelijkse taken van de privacy manager.

Je voert verwerkingen uit, beoordeelt verwerkingen en voert Privacy Impact Assessments uit. Daarnaast coördineer je privacy-activiteiten met PF‑kantoren en ondersteun je operationele activiteiten.

Qualifications

• Student op masterniveau in privacyrecht of vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
• Praktische instelling en analytisch denken.
• Creatief en proactief in privacy-gerelateerde taken.
• Zeker in het leveren van nauwkeurig werk en deadlines.
• Goede beheersing van Engels in woord en schrift.

Responsabilités

• Uitvoeren en evalueren van verwerkingen.
• Uitvoeren van Privacy Impact Assessments.
• Overige privacy-gerelateerde taken ter ondersteuning.
• Communiceren met internationale PF-kantoren over privacy-activiteiten.

For our Compliance/Privacy department, we are looking for an intern who will assist with various tasks. As an intern, you will be responsible for supporting the compliance manager in his daily tasks Your main responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out and evaluating processing activities;
• Conducting Privacy Impact Assessments;
• Other privacy-related tasks in support of operational activities;
• Communicating with international PF offices regarding privacy activities.

Jouw profiel

We are looking for:

• An enthusiastic university student (Master’s level) specializing in Privacy law or pursuing a Master in Privacy & Data protection or a similar direction;
• Someone with a practical mindset;
• Someone with creative thinking skills;
• Someone with an ability to deliver accurate work, and;
• Someone with a good command of the English language.

Afdeling

The Compliance department is part of PACCAR Financial Europe and is located in Eindhoven. PACCAR Financial Europe is the captive leasing company for financing DAF trucks and is also responsible for the remarketing of the DAF used trucks. The department plays a leading role in supporting the central PF office and the various PF subs in the European countries on all relevant compliance topics. The central compliance manager is based in Eindhoven and in all PF subs a Local Compliance champion is appointed. In some of our countries where we have bank license, we have a full time compliance officer. The central compliance manager has a functional line to all PF compliance officers and has also a functional contact with the DAF Legal and Compliance department.
