Job summary

Alloga (Nederland) B.V. in Veghel is seeking a WMS & WCS Superuser Level 1 to bridge Operations, IT and systems. You will optimize daily warehouse operations, analyze processes, resolve incidents and drive continuous improvements across WMS and WCS landscapes.

The role requires at least 2 years of WMS experience, HBO level, and fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to lead projects and develop dashboards for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, test and implement improvements within WMS and WCS systems.
• Support operational teams with system questions and incidents.

• Communicate system changes and project progress to stakeholders.

Voor onze logistieke operatie in Veghel zoeken wij een WMS & WCS Superuser Level 1. In deze rol ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen Operations, IT en onze systemen. Met jouw kennis van WMS- en WCS-processen draag je bij aan een efficiënte, veilige en toekomstbestendige warehouse operatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als WMS & WCS Superuser ondersteun je de dagelijkse warehouse operatie door systemen optimaal te laten functioneren en continu te verbeteren. Je analyseert processen, lost incidenten op en leidt verbeterinitiatieven die bijdragen aan een efficiëntere dienstverlening. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Initiëren, testen en implementeren van verbeteringen binnen WMS- en WCS-systemen.
• Ondersteunen van operationele teams bij systeemvraagstukken en incidenten.
• Uitvoeren van analyses naar verstoringen en het aandragen van structurele oplossingen.
• Leiden van operationele verbeter- en veranderprojecten.
• Ontwikkelen van dashboards, managementrapportages en verbetertools.
• Communiceren van systeemwijzigingen en projectvoortgang richting stakeholders.
• Samenwerken met interne afdelingen, leveranciers en projectteams.
• Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van processen, kwaliteit en productintegriteit.

Wat neem je mee?

Je bent een resultaatgerichte professional die graag de verbinding zoekt tussen mensen, processen en systemen. Daarnaast beschik je over:

• HBO werk- en denkniveau.
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met de technische aspecten van een Warehouse Management Systeem (WMS).
• Kennis van Microsoft Office.
• Ervaring binnen supply chain, logistiek of warehouse operations.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
• Een analytische instelling en een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen.
• Het vermogen om zelfstandig projecten te leiden en verbeteringen door te voeren.
