Job summary

Van der Helm Logistics is seeking an experienced Application Manager to oversee the Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will optimize processes, resolve user issues, and integrate WMS with other business systems, collaborating with internal teams and customers.

The role requires at least 3 years in application management with WMS, plus a customer-focused, solution-driven mindset. Dutch and English language skills and a valid driving license are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years application management experience, preferably WMS.
• Strong customer-oriented attitude and solution-oriented.
• Experience with Gateway/WMS and integration systems such as Frends is a plus.
• Experience with SQL is a plus.
• Driving license and good command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize WMS processes.
• Resolve user questions and system issues.
• Integrate WMS with other business systems.
• Work closely with internal departments and external customers.
• Manage ancillary applications, such as air and sea freight tracking systems.
