Job summary

ING is offering an internship in Wholesale Banking Finance in Amsterdam for students passionate about finance, analytics, and solving complex business challenges. You will translate data into actionable insights and work with senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Risk, and the business.

You will join an international team, contribute to multiple projects, and gain hands-on experience in management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (business level).
• Strong communicator with the ability to translate insights to different audiences.
• Analytical and structured thinker comfortable working with complex data.
• Hands-on with data, from exploration to insight generation.
• Familiarity with Python and/or R for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to 2-3 projects across Wholesale Banking Finance.
• Translate financial and business data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, Business, Treasury, Risk, Strategy, Data & Analytics teams.
