Job summary

Durabel Recruitment B.V. is looking for a driven welder for an international client in Venlo, specializing in mushroom growing and composting technology. The position offers a salary between €2.750 and €3.800 gross per month, with a day shift schedule and direct contract.

Responsibilities include assembling and welding structures from various metals and ensuring high-quality output. Candidates should have MIG/MAG welding experience, and a VCA, forklift, and safe hoisting certificates are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with the MIG/MAG welding process and reading technical drawings.
• Good command of the Dutch or English language.
• Independent and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and weld structures and substructures from stainless steel, aluminium, and steel.
• Determine dimensions, work sequence, and working methods using drawings.
• Check work to ensure top quality products.

Are you looking for a challenging position as a welder? For our client in Venlo, an international company in mushroom growing and composting technology, we are looking for a driven welder.

What we offer

• Salary between €2.750 and €3.800 gross per month;
• Day shift: Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 16:15, Friday 07:30 to 15:15;
• Directly on contract;
• 25 holidays + 6.5 ADV days;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre;
• Secondary working conditions according to the collective labour agreement for metalworking companies;

What you will do

• You will assemble and weld structures and substructures from stainless steel, aluminium and steel, based on supplied drawings and materials. From single pieces to small series;
• Using the drawings, you determine the dimensions, work sequence and working method;
• You check your own work to ensure that the products you deliver are always of top quality.

What you bring

• You have experience with the MIG/MAG welding process and reading technical drawings;
• A VCA, forklift and safe hoisting certificate is an advantage;
• You have good spatial insight;
• You have a good command of the Dutch or English language;
• You are independent, accurate and have good communication skills.
