Job summary

Durabel Recruitment B.V. is seeking an experienced welder in Boxmeer who can independently assemble, weld, and finish complex constructions. The position offers either salaried or self-employed work, with attractive pay of €50 per hour, excluding VAT.

Candidates should have a welding certificate, educational background in a technical field, and proficiency in Dutch. Opportunities for personal development through courses are also provided.

Qualifications

• Valid welding certificate (TIG or similar).
• Demonstrated experience in welding and assembly of complex structures.
• Good command of Dutch, and preferably also English and German.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, weld, and finish small series or single pieces.
• Set up and calibrate welding equipment according to technical drawings.

Job description

Are you a craftsman with an eye for quality? For our client in Boxmeer, we are looking for an experienced welder who can independently assemble, weld and finish complex constructions. Both salaried (temporary employment) and self-employed work is possible.

What do we offer?

• Earn €50 per hour, excluding VAT;
• Working in 2 shifts with attractive working hours:
• Monday to Thursday from 06:00 - 15:00 or 15:00 - 24:00
• Friday from 06.00 - 11.30 a.m. or 11.30 - 4.30 p.m.
• Opportunities to further develop yourself through courses and certifications.

What will you do?

• Preparing, assembling, welding and finishing small series or single pieces, mainly in stainless steel;
• Setting up and calibrating welding equipment according to technical drawings and procedures;
• Checking parts for size, quality and completeness;
• Performing minor maintenance of tools and equipment;
• Safe operation of industrial lifting and transport equipment;
• Signalling and repairing deviations and actively thinking along about improvements;
• Consulting with your team leader on technical or planning issues;
• Sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues and striving together for the best result.

What will you bring?

• Completed education in a technical field (at least MBO level);
• Valid welding certificate (TIG or similar);
• Demonstrated experience in welding and assembly of complex structures;
• Technical insight and skill in reading technical drawings;
• Experience of working in an international or multidisciplinary environment is a plus;
• Good command of Dutch, and preferably also English and German;
• Team player with a sense of responsibility and an eye for quality;
• Solution-oriented, independent and accurate.
