Job summary

Crowne Plaza Amsterdam – South is looking for a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress to greet guests and start their day with energy. You will deliver attentive service during breakfast hours and guide guests through the breakfast experience.

We seek morning people with a friendly, service-oriented attitude. English proficiency is required; Dutch is a plus. Join a dynamic, international team with opportunities to grow within IHG.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or F&B service is advantageous.
• Must be a morning person with a positive energy.
• Strong English communication; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the breakfast experience.
• Take and serve orders for coffee, tea and breakfast items.
• Keep buffet and service areas stocked, fresh and well-presented.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Provide menu information and accommodate dietary needs.
• Handle payments and billing procedures where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and stations.
• Support setup and breakdown of the breakfast service.
• Follow HACCP, Fire Life Safety and Green Engage procedures.
• Be attentive and proactive to start every guest's day positively.
