Job summary

The Social Hub in Amsterdam is seeking a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress who greets guests, keeps the buffet tidy, serves coffee and breakfast items, and helps start the day with a warm, efficient touch.

You will work with a small, friendly team, communicate clearly, and maintain a cheerful, fast-paced morning service across front and back of house. English and local language are valued, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic multinational hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or strong interest in food and beverage service.
• Clear communication and guest service.
• Ability to multitask with a calm, upbeat presence.

Responsibilities

• Greet early guests with warmth and set a welcoming breakfast vibe.
• Keep the buffet stocked, tidy and visually on point.
• Serve coffee, drinks and à-la-carte items with speed and care.
• React quickly to guest needs and keep the room running smoothly.
• Share menu knowledge and offer friendly guidance.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently so everyone finds a fresh spot.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace front and back of house.
