Job summary

Ettemadis in The Hague is seeking a full-time Wedding Manager to guide grooms through the entire journey of wedding tailoring, from the first introduction to final fitting. You will create memorable, high-end experiences with impeccable style and hospitality while driving brand growth.

You will be the trusted advisor and face of Ettemadis, building relationships at the highest level and contributing to strategic ideas that improve client service and business performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end tailoring preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong client service and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Guide grooms from first contact to final fitting.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and personalized service.
• Contribute to Ettemadis strategy with ideas and initiatives.
• Represent Ettemadis as the face of the brand at every appointment.

You are not only an advisor but also a trusted confidant. With your refined sense of craftsmanship, style, and hospitality, you turn every appointment into a memorable experience.
