Afterservice is seeking a web developer to help reduce electronic waste by improving our platform. You will work in a small team in Eindhoven on Ruby on Rails, AlpineJS, TailwindCSS, PostgreSQL and Redis, contributing to features, testing, and deployment.

We value willingness to learn, English proficiency, and a passion for scalable software. The role is non-remote and requires living in the Netherlands, with a path toward permanent contract and future growth opportunities.

Competenze

• You can program (degree, internship, side projects, or previous job).
• Experience with web development and Ruby is a plus, but not required.
• Willing to learn and ask for help in time.
• You enjoy thinking along about the platform.
• English is enough; team is partly international.
• You already live in the Netherlands and may work here; not remote.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain the platform, from new feature ideas to testing and rollout.
• Work in a six-person team with close support while managing your own projects.
• Explore data-driven recommendations and integrations with partner systems.
