Job summary

Miele in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands seeks a data insights professional to drive actionable analytics and standardize data practices. You will influence stakeholders, shape data products and report on KPIs that impact online revenue growth, while maintaining data quality and governance.

Location is Amsterdam; you will enable self-service dashboards and trainings to empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in data insights or analytics roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and ownership of data projects.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, SQL and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant to stakeholders on data product needs and KPI success.
• Provide actionable insights to enable data-driven decisions.
• Ensure a high-quality, compliant data foundation for data products.
• Manage data products: create processes, templates and playbooks.
• Ensure consistent success KPIs across VG's.

Job description

Mission: To provide actionable insights, share knowledge and set standards based on reliable, high-quality data in a way that's understandable, unbiased and empowering to all.

Objective: Answer business questions through data and provide unbiased actionable insights by continuously reporting on Key Performance Indicators from web applications that drive Miele’s online revenue growth

Key responsibilities

• Being a consultant to the stakeholder on the project such as determining which data products are needed before and after rollouts and when, what are the success KPI's and determining the effect/success of the rollout
• Providing actionable Insights to the business to enable data driven decision making
• Ensuring a high quality, compliant data foundation on which data products can be created
• Data product management: Create and maintain processes, frameworks, templates, playbooks, etc.
• Ensuring the right success KPI's are measured uniformly across VG's
• Enabling Stakeholders to make data driven decision themselves through self service products (e.g. dashboards and custom reports) and trainings
