Oscar Circulair is hiring for an outdoor, part-time role in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam or Den Haag. You will collect materials and waste, transport and sort items, and maintain customer relationships as part of a close team. A valid Category B license is required and weekend availability helps meet coverage needs.

Shifts are 4–8 hours, with up to 40 hours per week. The role offers a competitive hourly rate with holiday allowances and annual raises in the second year, all in gross terms.

We help our customers move towards Zero Waste, rescue valuable raw materials from incineration, reduce polluting transport movements in busy urban areas, and create employment opportunities for people in vulnerable positions in the labour market. About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Oscar who can work independently while always being part of a close team. Together with your team, you are responsible for the collection of raw materials and business waste from our customers.

This is an outdoor, operational role. Your responsibilities include:

Carrying out the logistics process: collection, transport, storage and sorting of raw materials;

Maintaining and strengthening relationships with our customers;

Reporting to the operations team on everything you see, hear, smell and experience in the field.

What we offer:

Shifts of 4 to 8 hours per day, spread over several days a week. Contracted hours are agreed together, with up to a maximum of 40 hours per week;

A work location at one of our hubs in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam or Den Haag;

The opportunity to gain more knowledge and experience in sustainability, waste processing, waste separation and waste prevention;

A salary of €15.75 per hour + 10% holiday allowance + 8% holiday pay = €18.71 all-in (gross);

From your second year of employment, your salary increases to €16.80 per hour = €19.96 all-in (gross).
