Brunswick Corporation – Mercury Marine is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader Operations to lead the team and ensure safe, efficient warehouse execution. You will manage planning, staffing, and continuous improvement on inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound activities on site in the Netherlands.

The role emphasizes people leadership, performance management, and reporting, with responsibility for Kronos, D365, and WMS systems, while striving for high service levels and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant warehouse or distribution experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing employees.
• Experience with workforce planning, reporting and operational systems.
• Hands-on leadership with administrative discipline.

Responsabilités

• Own the day-to-day planning of warehouse activities across inbound, storage, replenishment, Kardex, picking, packing and outbound.
• Align labour and capacity with workload, risks and customer commitments, while ensuring productivity, quality, service and deadlines.
• Provide visible, hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor and resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and report results, trends and risks to stakeholders.
