Job summary

Randstad in Sevenum is seeking an experienced Team Lead to guide daily warehouse operations and energize the team for efficient shifts. You will oversee inbound, picking, and shipping processes while upholding high quality standards and safety practices.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in logistics, 2+ years in people management, and are fluent in English. The role offers a dayshift schedule and a permanent contract in a global environment.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3-4 years of experience in logistics.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Able to lift up to 25 kg.
• Based in or around Sevenum.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily warehouse tasks
• Monitor KPIs and quality performance
• Manage team absenteeism and support recruitment
• Resolve conflicts and foster a positive culture
• Drive process improvements and innovation
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality rules
• Dayshift 07.00 - 16.00
