Job summary

VF Corp. Almelo DC seeks a First Line Manager OPS to supervise daily warehouse activities at our distribution center in Almelo. You will lead a team handling shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, picking, and packing to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires substantial experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to apply standardized procedures. This is a full-time, on-site position with a focus on efficiency, safety, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Require associate degree or higher; bachelor's preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Ability to apply policies and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, loading and unloading.
• Oversee stacking, picking and packing of finished products.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time distribution metrics.
