Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join their team in the Netherlands. The role focuses on fast-paced, quality-driven warehouse tasks and requires reliable, energetic, and flexible individuals who can adapt to changing conditions and take ownership of their actions.

You will operate warehouse equipment, pick/pack orders, scan orders, and collaborate with leads and coworkers to ensure efficient, accurate fulfillment while maintaining safety standards and a clean working environment.

Qualifications

• English speaking & reading at good level.
• Warehouse experience is a pre-requisite.
• Interested in a career path within the Warehouse industry.
• Ability to be flexible and work on weekends (overtime during week and supporting other departments when needed).
• Ability to work in shifts during peaks.
• Ability to handover a certificate of conduct.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality service standards and comply with work instructions, procedures, rules and regulations.
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment.
• Communicate and cooperate well with Warehouse Leads, Supervisors and Coworkers.
• Report any discrepancies and quality issues to the Warehouse Leads.
• Working with a desktop and scanner.
• Picking/packing of orders.
• Labeling Cartons.
• Moving Goods through the warehouse.
• Scanning of orders.
• Executing a variation of logistical tasks.
