Job summary

DSV Contract Logistics B.V. zoekt een warehouse operator in Moerdijk. Je werkt in een hecht team, met veel verantwoordelijkheid en dagelijkse leer-kansen. Je voert laden en lossen uit, scant en labelt goederen en zet ze op pallets met heftruck of reachtruck.

Je werkt fulltime (40 uur) met dagdiensten, krijgt een marktconform loon en reiskostenvergoeding. Er zijn doorgroeimogelijkheden naar teamleider en een potentieel vast contract op basis van prestatie.

Qualifications

• Je bent 18 jaar of ouder en hebt VMBO-niveau of gelijkwaardig.
• Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
• Je werkt graag in teamverband en woont binnen woon-werkafstand van Moerdijk.

Responsibilities

• Je laadt en lost goederen uit vrachtwagens/containers.
• Je scant, labelt en laat goederen op pallets verpakken.
• Je werkt met hef- of reachtruck om vracht sneller en veiliger te verplaatsen.

Job description

As a warehouse operator at DSV Contract Logistics B.V., you make sure goods move quickly and safely to the right place. You’ll work in a close-knit team, get lots of responsibility, and learn every day. This is your chance to really make an impact in logistics!

Wat ga je doen?

As a warehouse operator, you’re the key player in the logistics process. You unload trucks and containers, stack goods on pallets, and make sure everything is scanned, labeled, and shrink-wrapped correctly. You use internal transport equipment like forklifts and reach trucks to move everything quickly and safely. You count inventory, pick orders, and get them ready for shipping. You also help with value-added activities like packaging or labeling products. You’ll work full time (40 hours a week), mostly in day shifts. Together with your colleagues, you keep the warehouse tidy and safe. You work closely with your team leader and supervisor, and your day flies by thanks to the variety of tasks. Speed, accuracy, and safety are always at the heart of your job as a warehouse operator.

Wat mag je verwachten?

This is what we offer you:

• A starting salary between €15,55 and €16,03 (excluding shift allowances) per hour, travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre, plus 8% holiday allowance;
• 20% extra for hours worked between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday);
• 50% extra for hours worked between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM (Monday–Thursday);
• 75% extra for hours worked between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM on Fridays and all hours on Saturdays (12:00 AM–6:00 AM);
• 100% extra for work on Sundays, public holidays, and Monday between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM;
• Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre, up to €15 per day;
• A full-time position (40 hours per week) with a fixed work schedule;
