We work closely with teams including Appraisals and Facilities to make sure every item’s journey is smooth, transparent and handled with pride.

As a Logistics Operative, you’ll play a hands‑on role in keeping customer‑owned items moving safely and efficiently through our operation. You’ll handle, inspect, sort, store, pack and dispatch a wide range of vintage and valuable items, making sure each one is cared for throughout its journey.

This is a physically active and varied role where accuracy, care and teamwork matter. Your work will help stock move smoothly and reliably while supporting a positive customer experience.

• Stock is processed accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed quality standards.
• Vintage, fragile and high‑value items are handled safely and with appropriate care at every stage.
• Daily and weekly productivity expectations are consistently achieved without compromising quality or safety.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain clean, safe and well‑organised warehouse and storage areas.
• Follow manual handling, equipment and warehouse health and safety procedures at all times.
• Work closely with colleagues across Logistics, Appraisals and other teams to maintain smooth stock flow.
• Communicate damage, defects, discrepancies or stock issues promptly and clearly.
• Adapt to changing operational priorities and move between logistics functions when required.
• Share knowledge and support colleagues as you build experience across different areas of the operation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, layouts and workflows.
• Raise recurring issues and suggest practical solutions to improve efficiency, quality or safety.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and shared success.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience using warehouse, inventory or stock management systems.
• Experience working to productivity, accuracy or quality targets.
