Green Qube Services in Drunen is seeking a Warehouse Employee to execute warehouse logistics tasks, ensure accuracy, and maintain safety and hygiene standards. You will handle incoming and outgoing goods, manage inventory, and process orders, reporting to team leads and a supervisor.

The role requires a proactive, independent approach, willingness to learn WMS systems and a reach truck certificate, with fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Correct processing, checking, sorting, restacking and sealing of incoming and outgoing goods and orders.

• Performing order picking activities.
• Ensuring warehouse cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and warehouse records.
• Supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assisting with stock accuracy and inventory control.
• Performing administrative tasks related to logistics operations.
• Collaborating with internal teams for operational optimization.

The Role: Your Role as Warehouse Employee

As our new Warehouse Employee in Drunen, you are responsible for executing warehouse logistics tasks, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing goods, inventory management, and order processing.

In this role you will report to the Teams leads & Supervisor.

What Will You Do?

• Correct processing, checking, sorting, restacking and sealing of incoming and outgoing goods and orders;

• Loading, unloading and storing goods in the correct warehouse location;

• Performing order picking activities:

• Ensuring warehouse cleanliness, safety, and hygiene;

• Maintaining accurate documentation and warehouse records;

• Supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency;

• Assisting with stock accuracy and inventory control;

• Performing administrative tasks related to logistics operations;

• Collaborating with internal teams for operational optimization.

Requirements: What Do You Bring?

• You are a proactive, independent professional who thrives in a structured logistical environment and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and perseverance.

• Education & Experience: You operate at an MBO working and thinking level and bring relevant work experience. You are willing to learn WMS systems. You have a reach truck certificate (or willingness to obtain);

• Logistical Affinity: Experience working within a logistical environment is a distinct plus;

• Languages: You possess excellent proficiency in both Dutch and English, with strong reading and writing skills in both languages;

• Work Style: You demonstrate independence and accuracy, working proactively without waiting for instructions while making minimal errors and learning from mistakes;
