Job summary

Maxodeals is seeking a Warehouse Employee (Day Shift) to join our Inbound department. You will process incoming goods, register new products, and maintain accurate stock levels in our ERP system. You will photograph items in the in-house studio and ensure all inventory is correctly stored.

As you master the inventory process, you will expand your responsibilities and assist other Inbound activities. You will join a friendly, diverse team that values ideas and collaboration in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• No minimum educational level required.
• You speak Dutch or English.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and stock management.
• Interest in learning and handling ERP and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming goods and ensure correct registration in the system.
• Stock-taking of new inventory items with emphasis on accuracy.
• Work with automated inventory management tools and contribute to improvements.
• Register new products in the ERP system.
• Photograph products in the in-house photo studio.
• Store goods in correct warehouse locations and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform 5S activities to keep the warehouse organized, safe and efficient.
• Collaborate with a diverse, supportive team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Occasionally assist the Outbound department when needed.

As a Warehouse Employee (Day Shift), you will play a key role within our Inbound department, with a strong focus on Inventory Management. You will be responsible for processing incoming goods, registering new products, maintaining accurate stock levels, and ensuring products are correctly documented and stored within the warehouse. Our inventory process has recently been optimized through the implementation of an automated inventory tool, allowing for a more efficient and streamlined way of working. You will be trained to work with this system and contribute to maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy. In addition, you will photograph new products in our in-house photo studio and help ensure all incoming goods are correctly processed and stored. Once you have fully mastered the inventory process, you have opportunities to learn and support other activities within the Inbound department, further expanding your skills and responsibilities. Last but certainly not least, you become part of a friendly and diverse team with colleagues of different ages and backgrounds, creating a positive working environment where the days fly by.

This Is You

• No minimum educational level is required.
• You enjoy a varied role with different tasks throughout the day.
• You speak Dutch or English.
• A Forklift or Man-Up certificate is an advantage, but certainly not required.
• You have an eye for detail and enjoy working accurately with inventory and stock management.

What Do We Offer?

• Salary between €2,700 and €2,900 gross per month, depending on experience and education.
• Working hours between 08:30 and 18:00.
• 28 vacation days (based on full-time employment) and yes, we encourage you to use them.
