Job summary

Evernex Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist in Uithoorn to oversee warehouse activities, safeguard spare parts availability, and support service delivery across the NECE region. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient logistics and accurate inventory management.

The role requires hands-on experience in warehousing, strong organization, and good communication skills in Dutch and English. Proactive, customer-oriented, and detail-driven candidates will thrive in this position.

Qualifications

• MBO level in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (German a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations, storage, and inventory.
• Handle shipping, packaging, and receiving of spare parts and equipment.
• Coordinate transport with Service Desk and technicians.
• Monitor stock levels and spare parts availability.
• Support RMA and returns processes.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate deliveries.
• Coordinate with external warehouses and technicians as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Are you organized, hands-on, and interested in IT and logistics? We are looking for an Warehouse Operations Specialist to support our warehouse operations and ensure the availability of spare parts and equipment for our service activities across the NECE region.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, inventory control, shipping and receiving goods, coordinating transport, and supporting spare parts management. You play an important role in ensuring efficient logistics processes and smooth service delivery.

• MBO work and thinking level in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management

• Accurate, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset
• Experience with MS Office (especially Excel), Outlook, and inventory systems
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware is a plus
• Fluent Dutch and English language skills (German is a plus)
