Job summary

GLS zoekt een Warehouse Employee in Utrecht. Je werkt in een drukke logistieke omgeving en zorgt ervoor dat pakketten op tijd hun bestemming bereiken.

Je taken omvatten laden en lossen, sorteren en controleren op beschadigingen, en samenwerken met collega’s om dagelijkse doelen te halen. Ervaring is niet vereist; wel motivatie en fysieke geschiktheid. Parttime positie vanaf 16 uur per week met avonddienst.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 jaar oud.
• Spreek Engels of Nederlands.
• Beschikbaar voor minimaal 2 dagen per week.
• Kan minimaal 16 uur per week werken.
• Geniet van fysiek werk en actief blijven.
• Kunt pakketten tot 20 kg tillen.
• Werk goed samen met anderen en neem veiligheid serieus.

Responsibilities

• Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens en bestelwagens.
• Parcels snel en nauwkeurig sorteren.
• Zendingen controleren op schade of onregelmatigheden.
• Magazijn schoon, georganiseerd en veilig houden.
• Samenwerken met collega's om dagelijkse doelen te halen.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Warehouse Employee at GLS, you’ll help keep the logistics process running smoothly. Every day, thousands of parcels pass through the distribution centre, and you’ll play an important role in making sure they reach their destination on time.

Your responsibilities include

• Loading and unloading trucks and delivery vans.
• Sorting parcels quickly and accurately.
• Checking shipments for damage or irregularities.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Working with colleagues to meet daily targets and keep parcels moving.

Working hours

You’ll work a fixed evening shift from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, making this job a great fit for students or anyone looking to work alongside other commitments.
