Job summary

MegaGroup Trade Holding in Veghel is seeking a Warehouse colleague to perform all essential warehouse tasks and outdoor duties to prepare orders for shipment and to complete inbound activities by unloading, checking and storing goods. You will operate warehouse equipment, ensure accuracy in administration, and support daily operations in a collaborative team.

Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be physically capable of lifting and moving goods daily.
• Comfortable using scanners, warehouse systems and computers.
• Reliable, flexible and a true team player.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, load, and unload products; ensure orders are accurate and ready for dispatch.
• Handle inbound goods: unload trucks, inspect items, and store correctly.
• Safely operate forklift or reach truck as needed.
• Record orders, inbound goods, and stock movements in the system.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and assist with inventory counts.
• Collaborate with team and follow Team Lead instructions to meet daily goals.

Become our new Warehouse colleague!

Availability: Full-time. You will work in rotating shifts from 7:00-16:00 and 10:00-19:00 (alternating weeks).

Location: Veghel.

Your mission

MegaGroup Trade Holding is an international technical wholesaler specializing in water solutions that improve people’s lives. We take pride in addressing global water challenges and supporting sectors such as Irrigation, Livestock, Swimming pools, Building services, and industry.

Being a Warehouse Employee at MegaGroup, you perform all essential tasks in the warehouse and on the outdoor premises to ensure that picked orders are prepared accurately, completely, and on time for shipment. You also carry out inbound activities to ensure that incoming goods are unloaded, checked, and stored correctly.

Your key responsibilities:

• Process orders: Pick, pack, load, and unload products. You make sure every order is accurate, complete, and ready for dispatch.
• Handle inbound goods: Unload trucks, inspect incoming goods, and store items in the correct warehouse locations. You also help replenish stock when needed.
• Use warehouse equipment safely: Operating and maneuvering a forklift, electric pallet truck, or reach truck.
• Ensure accurate administration: Register completed orders, inbound goods, and stock movements in the automated system.
• Work accurately & efficiently: Check order accuracy, prepare pallets, and ensure shipments are handled correctly.
• Support daily warehouse operations: Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, assist with inventory counts, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with your team and follow instructions from the Team Lead to achieve daily goals safely and efficiently.
