Job summary

MegaGroup Trade Holding B.V. is seeking a Warehouse colleague in Veghel to support daily warehouse operations. You will process orders, handle inbound goods, and use warehouse equipment to prepare accurate and timely shipments.

The role requires physical fitness, English fluency, and familiarity with scanners and warehouse systems. A collaborative, proactive mindset and a willingness to learn will help you succeed in this dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift and move goods daily.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable with scanners, warehouse systems and computers.

Responsibilities

• Process orders: pick, pack, load, and unload products for dispatch.
• Handle inbound goods: unload trucks, inspect items, and store correctly.
• Use warehouse equipment safely: operate forklift, electric pallet truck, or reach truck.
• Ensure accurate administration: log orders, inbound goods, and stock movements.
• Work accurately and efficiently: check orders, prepare pallets, ensure shipments are correct.
• Support daily warehouse operations: keep workspace clean, assist with counts, contribute to improvements.
• Collaborate with team and follow Team Lead instructions to meet daily goals.

Availability: Full-time. You will work in rotating shifts from 7:00-16:00 and 10:00-19:00 (alternating weeks).

Your mission

Being a Warehouse Employee at MegaGroup, you perform all essential tasks in the warehouse and on the outdoor premises to ensure that picked orders are prepared accurately, completely, and on time for shipment. You also carry out inbound activities to ensure that incoming goods are unloaded, checked, and stored correctly.

Your key responsibilities

• Process orders: Pick, pack, load, and unload products. You make sure every order is accurate, complete, and ready for dispatch.
• Handle inbound goods: Unload trucks, inspect incoming goods, and store items in the correct warehouse locations. You also help replenish stock when needed.
• Use warehouse equipment safely: Operating and maneuvering a forklift, electric pallet truck, or reach truck.
• Ensure accurate administration: Register completed orders, inbound goods, and stock movements in the automated system.
• Work accurately & efficiently: Check order accuracy, prepare pallets, and ensure shipments are handled correctly.
• Support daily warehouse operations: Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, assist with inventory counts, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with your team and follow instructions from the Team Lead to achieve daily goals safely and efficiently.
