Job summary

GXO Logistics in Hilversum is seeking a Warehouse Controller to maintain daily operation oversight, ensure smooth order flows, and meet performance targets in a busy distribution environment.

You will analyze situations, coordinate actions, and make quick decisions, with a 40-hour work week, and a strong emphasis on teamwork and proactive problem-solving within a dynamic logistics setting.

Qualifications

• MBO+ level working and thinking ability.
• Experience in logistics is advantageous.
• Experience with WMS and logistics processes is a plus.
• Strong communication and a proactive attitude.
• Good level of Dutch and English (B2) required.
• A sense of responsibility and team player.
• Availability for preferably 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Controller in Hilversum, you'll be responsible for maintaining oversight of the daily operation, ensuring order flows run smoothly and performance targets are achieved. What will you do?

• Monitor the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Oversee turnaround times for incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment.
• Administratively process and register incoming goods.
• Plan and coordinate outgoing orders within the warehouse.

What do you bring?

• MBO+ level working and thinking ability (equivalent to vocational education with higher-level practical thinking skills).
• Experience in a logistics environment is an advantage.
• Experience with WMS systems and logistics processes is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Good level of Dutch and English essential. (At least B2 level)
• A sense of responsibility and a true team player.
• Availability for preferably 40 hours per week.
