Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Technician Level 2 for our European Alliance Healthcare operations. You will maintain and troubleshoot automated warehouse and production lines, including robotics and conveyors, acting as the first escalation point for technical issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance and fault finding in a technical or production environment.
• Experience with automated systems or logistics installations is a strong plus.
• Ability to work with suppliers and perform technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first escalation point for machine and system faults.
• Analyze and solve technical problems, with supplier support if needed.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance with external parties.
• Identify and report potential faults to prevent downtime.
• Continuously improve and optimize systems and performance.
• Follow quality guidelines to protect product integrity and patient safety.
• Keep technical knowledge up to date and develop skills.
