Job summary

Simply Green is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Almere to join our warehouse team. This full-time role (40 hours/week) runs Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, ensuring orders are received, stored, picked, packed and shipped accurately and on time.

You will perform receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping tasks, while supporting stock counts and using NetSuite. A reliable team player with basic computer skills and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and practical.
• Physically active work up to 20 kg.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with scanners or warehouse systems.
• Good working English.
• Legal right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and check goods against orders.
• Report shortages, damage or discrepancies.
• Put stock away and keep the warehouse organized.
• Pick and pack customer orders.
• Prepare outgoing shipments for carriers.
• Support stock counts and inventory checks.
• Update stock movements in NetSuite.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized working environment.
• Report stock or equipment issues.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed.
