Job summary

Topcon Europe Positioning B.V. in Zoetermeer, The Netherlands, seeks a proactive Warehouse Associate to execute inbound and outbound orders, pick/pack, and handle packing materials in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will participate in administrative tasks, support cycle counts, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring safety and quality standards in daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• VMBO level 4 education required.
• 1–2 years of logistics/warehouse experience.
• Forklift and reach truck certificates, or willingness to obtain.
• MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); SAP or other WMS knowledge is a plus.
• Team player, detail oriented, organized, hands-on mentality.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound orders (STOs and POs) administratively and physically.
• Process outbound orders and prepare for shipping.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to work instructions.
• Operate forklift or reach truck when required.
• Prepare shipping documentation and book courier shipments.
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
