Job summary

Brans Metaalbewerking is seeking a metrology lab employee to join a modern, family-owned team in the Netherlands. You will develop measurement programs and perform measurements, while ensuring quality and contributing ideas for improvements.

A willingness to learn and precision are valued, with experience in metrology or machining considered a plus. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment, with mentoring and training provided to grow in the role and advance your career within a supportive

Job description

As a metrology lab employee, you play an important role in ensuring our quality standards are met. You work closely with Gert, and together you ensure that our products meet the accuracy and quality standards our customers have come to expect from us.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• developing measurement programs;
• taking and processing measurements;
• preparing, reviewing, and sending measurement reports;
• ensuring quality within our production process;
• contributing ideas for improvements within the metrology lab and quality control.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who works with precision, has technical insight, and enjoys taking on responsibility. You enjoy working with modern measuring equipment and have an eye for detail. Experience in a metrology lab or in machining is a plus, but we consider motivation and a willingness to learn to be just as important.

You can also expect the following:

• A competitive salary that reflects your experience and skill level:
  • As an apprentice or entry-level employee: €2,000 – €2,500 gross per month
  • As an experienced measurement technician: €3,000 – €4,500 gross per month
  • If you have extensive experience, are self-reliant, and possess the appropriate knowledge, a higher salary is negotiable
