Job summary

Pulitzer Amsterdam is seeking a warm and attentive Waiter for Jansz. Restaurant to join our celebrated dining team.

You will take precise food and drink orders, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure flawless service while keeping the dining room pristine and coordinating with kitchen and service staff.

Your Role in Our Story:

• Welcome each guest to Jansz. Restaurant with genuine warmth, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive as a Waiter.
• Take precise food and drink orders, delivering each dish with impeccable timing and care.
• Use your deep menu knowledge to offer personalized recommendations that elevate the guest's dining experience.
• Keep the dining areas of Jansz. Pristine and perfectly set, ready to delight guests with exceptional service.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth, seamless service as a Waiter at Jansz.
• Handle payments with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Address guest requests and resolve any issues with grace, leaving every guest with a smile.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Waiter in a fine-dining restaurant is a plus, but a passion for service is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse array of guests.
• A love for hospitality and a commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a welcome addition.
