Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport is seeking a motivated Waiter / Waitress for its dynamic Food & Beverage operation. You will support daily service across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events, assisting in banquets, conferences and private functions while maintaining excellence in guest experience.

Ideal candidates have experience in F&B or hospitality, enjoy fast-paced settings, and are eager to learn and grow in a professional hotel environment. English communication is essential; Dutch is a plus.

At Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport, our Food & Beverage operation delivers much more than day-to-day service. From individual guests and crew meals to conferences, banquets, weddings and gala dinners, no two days are the same.

We're looking for a motivated and flexible Waiter / Waitress who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and feels comfortable supporting both small and large-scale Food & Beverage operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow in a dynamic hotel environment and gain exposure to à la carte service, banqueting, conferences and events.

What You'll Be Doing?

As Waiter / Waitress, you'll support the Food & Beverage team in daily service operations, remaining hands-on across outlets, service styles and event setups.

You Will

• Deliver friendly, efficient service during breakfast, lunch, dinner and events
• Support service for banquets, buffets, conferences and private functions
• Work across multiple outlets, including restaurant, bar and event spaces
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure correct timing and presentation
• Set up, maintain and clear service areas according to hotel standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding professionally
• Follow hygiene, safety, cash handling and service procedures
• Support the team during busy services with a flexible, can-do attitude
• Step in where needed and continue developing your service skills

• Have previous experience in Food & Beverage service or hospitality
• Enjoy working with guests and creating positive, memorable experiences
• Are eager to learn and grow within a professional hotel environment
• Enjoy variety and working in a fast-paced, operational setting
• Stay calm, organised and guest-focused during busy services
• Take pride in teamwork, standards and attention to detail
• Feel comfortable communicating in English (Dutch is an advantage)

This role is paid according to Horeca CAO scale (Schaal III), starting from €2455,64 gross per month
