Lotti’s at The Hoxton Amsterdam is hiring Waiters & Waitresses who bring energy, charm, and personality to our lively neighbourhood restaurant. You’ll be the welcoming face, helping guests enjoy bold Latin-inspired dishes and cocktails in a vibrant setting near the Herengracht canal.

Lotti's is our buzzing neighbourhood restaurant - the hangout everyone knows and loves, just with a little more attitude. The menu keeps its European roots while turning up the heat with bold Latin-inspired flavours, colourful seasonal dishes, and cocktails with a bit of spice, all built on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. By day, it's a place to meet, relax or work; from Friday to Sunday, the bar comes alive with local DJ talent. And later this year, Lotti's is getting a fresh new look and feel to match.

Once the Mayor’s home, now our home, on Amsterdam’s Herengracht canal. The Hoxton, Amsterdam houses 111 rooms, The Apartment, our meetings & events concept, and our all-day restaurant & bar, Lotti’s.
