Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is seeking a Waiter for Cima Rooftop Bar in Amsterdam. You will manage a section, engage guests with drink-and-dish storytelling, and deliver quick, precise service on a vibrant rooftop setting.

Responsibilities

• Run your own section and make it feel effortless.
• Create connections: suggest the perfect drink, share stories, elevate the moment.
• Serve with speed and precision, even when the rooftop is busy.
• Collaborate with bar and kitchen to ensure a seamless rooftop experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation standards at all times.
• Assist with setup and closing, including carrying trays and basic service tasks.

What are my responsibilities?

Cima is a rooftop spot with a Mexican pulse and a taste for trouble. Sunsets over the city, taptails with a twist and bites that match the drinks. Your energy on the floor is part of the show. You read the table, set the pace and make sure every guest feels part of something special.

As a Waiter At Cima Rooftop Bar, You Will Be Part Of a Dynamic Team High Above The City. You Will

• Run your own section and make it feel effortless.
• Create connection: recommend the perfect taptail, share the story behind a dish and elevate the moment.
• Serve with speed and precision, even when the rooftop is packed.
• Work closely with bar and kitchen to deliver a seamless rooftop experience.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and presentation standards are always on point.
• Support with set-up and closing, including physical work such as carrying trays and preparing for service.
