Job summary

SBM Offshore in Amsterdam is looking for a Vulnerability Management Specialist to lead continuous IT and OT threat surface assessment and remediation, collaborating with IT & OT security teams. The role emphasizes vulnerability management, penetration testing, and dashboarding to visualize risk and remediation progress.

You will implement policies, stay current with threats, and ensure strong security posture across the organization, in line with ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT security with 3+ years in vulnerability management.
• Experience with threat exposure management and attack surface tools.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR frameworks and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability management, assessments, and penetration testing initiatives.
• Catalog IT/OT assets and prioritize remediation with risk context.
• Develop and maintain vulnerability management policies and dashboards.
• Coordinate remediation with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
