Job summary

Nmbrs Accounting in Rotterdam is seeking a Senior Front-end Developer to reinforce the technical foundation of our engineering department. You will build internal tools, integrations and front-end architecture using Vue.js, collaborating with the Platform Team to keep the platform fast, secure and scalable.

You will own the front-end architecture, work with backend engineers and other teams, and ensure quality, performance and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Proven strong experience building front-end solutions with Vue.js.
• Experience integrating with external systems via REST/HTTP APIs.
• Familiar with Scrum practices and agile delivery.
• Solid front-end testing experience (Jest or similar).
• Focus on usability, UX and clean, maintainable code.
• Willingness to share knowledge and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Build new components and pages in Vue.js and create robust data interfaces.
• Refactor and optimise front-end code for speed and maintainability.
• Own the front-end architecture and ensure performance and security.
• Develop internal tools and processes to aid other teams.
• Write readable, performant code following best practices.
• Provide guidance to less experienced teammates.
