Responsibilities

• Voer en onderhoud Foot Locker's visual merchandising standaarden.
• Creëer aantrekkelijke productpresentaties die klantbetrokkenheid stimuleren.
• Zorg dat displays, fixtures, mannequins en uitgelichte producten schoon en brand-conform zijn.
• Implementeer seizoenscampagnes, floor sets, promoties en productverhalen volgens richtlijnen.
• Volg productplaatsing en vul inventaris aan om visueel impact te behouden.
• Blijf op de hoogte van sneaker cultuur en modetrends.
• Ondersteun klanten op de verkoopvloer door productkennis en styling advies.
• Draag bij aan verkoop, operaties en klantbeleving doelstellingen en werk in teamverband.

Kwalificaties

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a Visual Merchandising role within retail
• Strong eye for detail with a passion for product presentation, fashion, and sneaker culture
• Ability to execute visual merchandising standards and bring commercial concepts to life in store
• Confident in organizing and prioritizing workload while maintaining a high standard of execution
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative with minimal supervision
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across the store team
• Comfortable engaging with customers and providing an exceptional shopping experience when supporting the sales floor
• Motivated to contribute to both visual excellence and overall store performance
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Execute and maintain Foot Locker's visual merchandising standards across all areas of the store
• Create compelling product presentations that drive customer engagement and support sales performance
• Ensure displays, fixtures, mannequins, and featured product areas are always clean, organized, and brand compliant
• Implement seasonal campaigns, floor sets, promotional launches, and product storytelling according to company guidelines
• Monitor product placement and replenish merchandise to maintain a strong visual impact throughout the day
• Stay informed on sneaker culture, fashion trends, and key product launches to keep the store experience relevant and inspiring
• Support customers on the sales floor by providing product knowledge, styling advice, and exceptional service when needed
• Contribute to sales, operational, and customer experience goals while fostering a positive and inclusive team environment
