Foot Locker Amsterdam is seeking a dedicated Visual Merchandiser to elevate in-store presentations and ensure each area reflects the Foot Locker energy. You’ll craft engaging product displays, support seasonal campaigns, and help drive a standout shopper experience on the floor.

The role emphasizes hands-on styling, understanding sneaker trends, and collaboration with the store team to maintain brand standards and optimize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a Visual Merchandising role within retail.
• Strong eye for detail and passion for product presentation, fashion and sneaker culture.
• Ability to execute visual merchandising standards and bring concepts to life in store.
• Capable of organizing workload with high execution standards.
• Independent with initiative and minimal supervision.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain Foot Locker's visual merchandising standards across all areas of the store.
• Create compelling product presentations that drive engagement and support sales.
• Ensure displays, fixtures, mannequins and featured areas are clean, organized and brand compliant.
• Implement seasonal campaigns, floor sets, promotional launches and product storytelling.
• Monitor product placement and replenish merchandise to maintain visual impact throughout the day.
• Stay informed on sneaker culture and key product launches to keep the store experience relevant.
• Support customers on the sales floor with product knowledge and styling advice.
• Contribute to sales, operational and customer experience goals while fostering a positive team environment.

• Confident in organizing and prioritizing workload while maintaining a high standard of execution
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative with minimal supervision
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across the store team
