You will contribute to the design, development, and validation of intraocular lenses and related optical metrology, collaborating with European research institutes and US R&D groups. The role requires a BS/MS/PhD in Optics, Physics or Vision Science, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Zemax or OSLO.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Optics, Physics or Vision Science required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with optical design and testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts for medical devices from ideation to market.
• Design and validate intraocular lenses and optical metrology for testing intraocular lenses.
• Create protocols and reports, and ensure regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external institutes.
