Job summary

BOAS is a fast vintage fashion platform in Amsterdam that saves jeans from burning and donates 90% of profits to Save Fashion for Good. We seek an intern for a 6-month, full-time, on-site role in Amsterdam to help scale operations and deliver the mission.

You will manage the Rokin store, assist customers, organize replenishment, and advocate for our cause, while sharing feedback with marketing and operations to continuously improve services.

Do you want to work a lot for a little? Do you want to actively make a difference in the world? For our profit for good startup, we're looking for interns!

BOAS is the fast vintage fashion platform that saves jeans from being burnt and donates 90% of profits to save lives. We're looking for our newest lifesaver to join us in Amsterdam to scale our operations.

To achieve more good, we are looking for a full-time intern for a 6-month internship to start ASAP on-site in Amsterdam.

Tasks

What will you do?

• You’ll be responsible for managing our store in Rokin (Amsterdam).
• You help customers find their perfect vintage clothing.
• You help with the organization and the replenishment of the store.
• You advocate for BOAS and our mission to Save Fashion for Good
• You share your observations and feedback with the marketing and operations team, so we can continuously improve our services.

Requirements

• Getting things done mindset
• Good communication skills, goal orientation and motivation
• IT affinity, confident use of MS Office
• Friendly behavior
• But most importantly: a normal office job is not enough for you and you want to actively do good in the world
• You live in or near Amsterdam
• Available 2 working days and Saturdays
