Job summary

TotalEnergies Power & Gas Nederland B.V. is offering an 18‑month VIE in the Netherlands to join the Gas, Renewables & Power team. You will analyze electricity markets, identify opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations to support the group's growth in the energy transition.

We seek a Master’s degree holder with early experience in economics or energy, strong financial modelling skills, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and English (C1) plus French (B2). Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in economics, management, or business with a specialization.
• Initial experience in economics, energy, or business development.
• Strong interest in energy transition topics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the Dutch electricity and renewable energy markets.
• Identify development and acquisition opportunities in Gas, Renewables & Power.
• Build, update, and ensure reliability of financial models.
• Perform financial and economic analyses of investment projects.
• Contribute to competitive and regulatory intelligence and strategic analyses.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for management.
• Monitor the development of battery projects and other renewables.
• Collaborate with local and HQ teams in decision-making and approvals.
• Contribute to developing TotalEnergies' renewable portfolio in the Netherlands.
