Job summary

An innovative education startup in Rotterdam is seeking a Mid-Senior level content producer to create engaging podcasts and videos. The role requires a passionate storyteller with at least 5 years of content production experience, fluent in Dutch and English, and familiar with Adobe tools. The position offers a full-time contract, a dynamic work environment, and a competitive salary ranging from €3,382 to €5,057 based on experience.

Job description

What you will do

• Create and produce podcasts, videos, and fresh formats that make our stories shine.
• Team up with Marketing, Events, and Design to keep our community buzzing online and offline.
• Capture and share the energy of our flagship projects like the Erasmus University Challenge, Talent for Transition, and the NL Startup Competition.
• Build content that connects with our startups, scaleups, partners, and students – and keeps them coming back for more.
• Experiment, try new things, and bring bold ideas to the table.

Who you are

• A creative storyteller with a hands‑on mentality.
• Skilled in video production (project management), editing, and content creation.
• Fluent in Dutch & English (writing + speaking).
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office, and WordPress.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
• A true team player with entrepreneurial drive and an eye for detail.
• Bonus points if you’ve done journalism, vlogging, or worked in a startup/incubator.

Your background

• HBO (or higher) degree in Media, Entertainment, Production, Graphic Design, or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in producing content across platforms and social media.
• A strong sense of branding, community, and storytelling.
