Job summary

Dapper, based in Rotterdam with a global client base, is seeking a Video Editor to turn ideas into engaging visual stories for digital channels. You’ll join a close-knit creative team that loves pushing boundaries in B2B marketing.

You’ll work on diverse projects from start-ups to scale-ups, collaborating with clients and teammates to deliver on-brand video content. Proficiency in Premiere Pro plus After Effects and DaVinci Resolve is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in video editing, ideally in an agency, production company, or marketing team.
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro; comfortable using After Effects and DaVinci Resolve for motion integration and color correction.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Based in The Netherlands.

Dapper is looking for a Video Editor with a sharp eye and a pioneering spirit. Someone ambitious enough to help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency in the world.

As a Video editor on our creative team, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into visual stories, and your work will help bring our clients' brands to life across digital channels. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond.

This job is for you if you:

• You communicate clearly and proactively in Dutch and English, whether it’s with teammates, clients, or through your work, you keep things sharp, structured, and on point.

• You have 3+ years of experience in video editing, ideally in an agency, production company, o marketing team.

• You’re proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, and comfortable using After Effects and DaVinci Resolve (or similar tools) for motion integration and color correction.

• You can confidently manage projects independently, from brief to filming and editing, while sticking to deadlines and maintaining brand quality.

• Are confident managing internal and external stakeholders, while turning briefs into clear, actionable plans.
