Job summary

Sanofi in the Netherlands seeks a Vaccines Activation Manager to drive activation of our vaccine portfolio in private and public settings. You will blend commercial execution with field intelligence and cross-functional collaboration to improve uptake and shape future opportunities.

You will build a network of healthcare professionals and key partners, manage tender processes, and align activities with Medical, Market Access and Public Affairs while upholding Sanofi values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5-7 years in commercial operations/brand activation in pharma/vaccines.
• Field experience within the pharmaceutical space is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive private market activation for Sanofi's vaccine portfolio across channels.
• Coordinate operational stakeholder engagement with public health ecosystem.
• Lead tender processes and ensure execution post-award.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Public Affairs, and Commercial teams.
• Maintain CRM records and report field insights to inform strategy.
