Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to provide medical and scientific information, education, and insights for the influenza/COVID landscape and related vaccine portfolios. The role covers the Netherlands under Nordic+Benelux supervision, based in Denmark, requiring collaboration with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate holds an MD or PhD, has 5+ years post-training experience with at least 2 years in clinical/health education or research,

Qualifications

• MD or PhD in life sciences (e.g. biology, immunology, infectious diseases, public health, chemistry)
• 5 years of experience post-training, incl. 2+ years in clinical/health education or research
• MSL or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Experience in influenza, infectious diseases, vaccines, public health and NL health care system
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Driving license valid in NL
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Flexible working hours

Responsibilities

• Communicate new and approved medical content to HCPs in local, regional or national capacities
• Provide medically accurate information in response to unsolicited requests following ethical and Seqirus guidelines
• Offer internally product/indication expertise to CSL Seqirus colleagues
• Deliver presentations aligned with medical strategy at regional/global levels
• Facilitate communication between HCPs, HCOs and Medical Affairs
• Support sponsored clinical trials and investigator-initiated research per SOPs
• Contribute to awareness and education with internal teams
• Generate customer insights to inform medical strategies
