The role

We’re looking for aSenior Influencer Marketer with 4+ years of relevant experiencewho is ready to take ownership beyond campaigns.

At Scooperz, you oversee the influencer marketing scope for leading local and international clients: connecting multiple campaigns, markets, creator tiers and activations into one clear creator program.

Together with the Client Lead and strategist, you’ll help shape the direction for the account and take the lead on bringing the influencer strategy to life. You’ll oversee the work, guide the team, safeguard quality and keep the client moving forward.

You’re the senior influencer marketing expert for the client, close enough to the detail to know what is happening, while keeping sight of the bigger picture.

What you'll do

• Own the influencer marketing scope for a portfolio of clients, across multiple campaigns and activations
• Turn client and brand objectives into clear creator programmes together with Client Leads and strategists
• Oversee campaigns across markets, creator tiers, platforms and activations
• Connect paid partnerships, seeding, creator content, events, UGC and amplification into one cohesive approach
• Set priorities, campaign structures, scopes, timelines, deliverables and KPIs across the account
• Oversee creator sourcing and set the standard for creator selection, content and campaign execution
• Lead campaign teams, coach junior and mid-level Influencer Marketers and help raise the quality of the team’s work
• Act as a senior day-to-day partner for clients on influencer marketing, proactively advising, challenging and identifying opportunities
• Own budgets, scope, profitability, quality and performance across the influencer work
• Keep overview across multiple campaigns, anticipate risks and flag scope, budget or priority changes early
• Lead client updates, campaign evaluations and recommendations, connecting learnings across the wider account
• Identify opportunities to improve how we work, making campaign delivery smarter and more scalable

Who are you

• 4+ years of relevant experience in influencer, creator or social marketing, ideally within an agency environment
• Proven experience owning larger client scopes or multiple connected influencer campaigns, not just individual executions
• Strong understanding of how creator ecosystems work across markets, audiences, creator tiers and different types of activation
• Able to translate strategy into execution while keeping sight of the broader client and business objectives
• Strong creator judgement, with an understanding of audience, cultural relevance, performance and brand fit
• Comfortable moving between client leadership, campaign execution and commercial responsibility
• Structured and organised, with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams, stakeholders, budgets and deadlines
• Confident advising senior clients, managing expectations and challenging thinking when it makes the work better
• Comfortable leading campaign teams, giving direction and helping less experienced marketers grow
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and able to spot opportunities beyond the immediate campaign brief
• Fluent in Dutch and English

What matters most is proven experience taking ownership of influencer marketing beyond a single campaign and the ability to lead both the client and the team around it.
