Job summary

Scooperz is looking for a mid-level Influencer Marketer to run campaigns independently and grow with the role. You’ll lead larger, multi-market activations, coordinating with clients and creators across markets from briefing through reporting.

You’ll work with renowned brands, manage timelines and budgets, and continuously turn results into strategic recommendations. Office options include Breda or Amsterdam, with a competitive salary and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in influencer, creator or social marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns independently, from briefing through delivery.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, creator dynamics and what makes content perform.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple influencer campaigns from briefing and creator sourcing through content, launch and reporting
• Build clear campaign plans and keep timelines, budgets, scope, deliverables and KPIs on track
• Source and select creators based on brand fit, content, audience and performance
• Manage creator outreach, negotiations, contracts and relationships
• Coordinate campaigns across markets, platforms, creator tiers and multiple deliverables
• Review creator concepts and content with a strong social-first eye, while optimizing for campaign performance
• Turn campaign results into clear insights and recommendations
• Manage day-to-day relationships with Dutch and international clients, proactively managing expectations together with the Client Lead

The role

We’re looking for amid-level Influencer Marketerwho is confident running campaigns independently and ready for the next step.

At Scooperz, you’ll lead bigger, more complex campaigns for leading local and international brands, often spanning multiple markets, creators and activations, from paid partnerships and seeding to events, owned social and UGC.

Working alongside Client Leads, strategists and other specialists, you’ll own the day-to-day campaigns for brands like Maxi-Cosi, Samsonite, Zeekr and Lipton Tea, turning ambitious briefs into culturally relevant work that pushes brands forward.

What you'll do

Who are you

• 2+ years of relevant experience in influencer, creator or social marketing, ideally within an agency environment
• Proven ability to manage campaigns independently, from briefing through delivery
• Strong understanding of social platforms, creator dynamics and what makes content perform
• A good balance of creative judgement, performance thinking and commercial awareness
• Structured and organised, with the ability to keep overview across multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines
• Confident in client communication, expectation management and creator negotiations
• Proactive, hands-on and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-moving environment
• Excited to work across different clients, cultures and markets
• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable working professionally in English
