Job summary

Saxum ищет UX-дизайнера с 4–7 годами опыта, чтобы работать над цифровыми продуктами, UX-решениями и системами дизайна в клиентских проектах.

Кандидат будет собирать требования у пользователей и стейкхолдеров, работать на всех стадиях UX процесса — от клиентских путешествий и потоков до wireframes и дизайн-систем, с тесным сотрудничество и обоснованием решений. Владение нидерландским и английским обязательно.

Qualifications

• 4–7 лет опыта UX-дизайна с реальными цифровыми продуктами.
• Соответствующее высшее образование с элементами исследований.
• T‑образный специалист, владение полным UX‑циклoм: от путей пользователя к дизайн‑системам.
• Умение собирать input и переводить его в решения.
• Четкая коммуникация с заинтересованными сторонами; проактивность.

Responsibilities

• Изучать суть запроса и скорректировать направление при необходимости.
• Собирать input пользователей и стейкхолдеров и преобразовывать его в UX‑решения.
• Работать на всём UX‑процессе: journey, flows, wireframes и дизайн‑системы.

Saxum provides interim UX and Product Design services, placing designers within client organizations to work on digital products, user experiences, and scalable design systems.

• Examine the underlying question behind a request and adjust the direction where necessary
• Gather input from users and stakeholders and translate it into thoughtful UX solutions
• Work end-to-end across the UX process, from customer journeys and flows to wireframes and design systems
• Collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and substantiate design decisions
• Actively contribute to the quality of the team beyond individual designs.

• 4-7 Years of experience as a UX Designer working on digital products beyond static pages
• Relevant completed higher professional education with research training
• T-shaped profile with one deep specialization and familiarity with the full UX process, from customer journeys and user flows to wireframes and design systems
• Strong ability to gather the right input and translate it into thoughtful solutions
• Clear communication and ability to work with different types of stakeholders
• Proactive and independent, with the judgment to align or ask for help when needed
• Portfolio showing what was created, how it was developed, and why
• Excellent Dutch and fluent English.
