Gazelle Global is seeking a hands-on Senior Enterprise UX Designer to work on complex digital products and internal applications used by large groups of employees in Utrecht, NL.

You will operate at the intersection of UX Design, Service Design, Business Analysis and implementation, translating needs into practical digital solutions with a focus on user research, interaction design, and stakeholder management.

Qualifikationen

• Completed HBO or WO degree in UX Design or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of Enterprise UX experience.
• Strong experience conducting user research within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong Service Design experience.
• Experience designing complex mobile and desktop applications.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with UX tools including Figma.
• Experience designing digital solutions that support complex business processes.
• Good understanding of frontend technologies and ability to communicate with developers.
• Experience working in SAFe, Agile and Scrum environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent Dutch speaking, reading and writing is mandatory.

Senior Enterprise UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise UX Designer to work on complex digital products and internal applications used by large groups of employees.

You will operate at the intersection of UX Design, Service Design, Business Analysis and implementation, translating complex user needs, processes and technical possibilities into practical, user-friendly digital solutions.

The role offers a mix of user research, interaction design, service design, stakeholder management and implementation support.

What You Will Be Doing

You will work across different digital projects within a large and complex enterprise environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.

• Translating user needs into clear UX concepts and solutions.

• Designing complex mobile and desktop applications.

• Creating interactive prototypes and design assets.

• Applying and contributing to design systems.

• Facilitating co-creation sessions with users and stakeholders.

• Working closely with Product Owners, developers and fellow UX Designers.

• Supporting system implementation, user testing, user training and post-go-live support.

• Helping teams adopt a stronger user-centred design approach.

• Clearly explaining and defending design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Working independently to understand user needs, business processes and organisational challenges.

Initial Projects

The first assignments are expected to include:

• Supporting the implementation of a standard enterprise application, with a strong focus on user testing, user guidance, training and aftercare.

• Designing a new application to replace an existing legacy system, with a strong focus on user research and UX design.

Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO degree in UX Design, Industrial Design, Communication & Multimedia Design or a similar discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of Enterprise UX experience.

• Strong experience conducting user research within complex enterprise environments.

• Strong Service Design experience.

• Experience designing complex mobile and desktop applications.

• Experience working with design systems.

• Strong hands-on experience with Figma and other UX/design tools.

• Experience designing digital solutions that support complex business processes.

• Experience supporting system implementations, user training and post-implementation activities.

• Good understanding of frontend technologies and the ability to communicate effectively with developers.

• Experience working in SAFe, Agile and Scrum environments.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Comfortable working in large, complex organisations.

• Fluent Dutch speaking, reading and writing is mandatory.
