Job summary

DeltaQuad, a leader in UAV technology, seeks a Trainer to deliver and continually improve training programs for customers and internal staff. You will ensure safety and regulatory compliance while adapting content for global markets.

The role requires hands-on UAV experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel occasionally. Based in or commuting to the Amsterdam area, you will collaborate with engineering, sales and support to reflect product updates and customer needs,

Qualifications

• Strong UAV knowledge in mechanics and flight operations.
• Proven experience in teaching or curriculum development in technical fields.
• Understanding of aviation regulations and industry standards.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a bonus.
• Residing in the Amsterdam area and able to commute daily to the office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for customers and internal staff on UAV operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Improve training materials and curriculum as part of the trainer team.
• Ensure training aligns with aviation regulatory standards and safety guidelines.
• Adapt training content for global markets, languages and regulatory environments.
• Provide technical support to customers and sales teams with UAV inquiries.
• Assess trainees' competency and provide certifications where applicable.
• Stay ahead of UAV trends and update training materials accordingly.
• Collaborate across engineering, sales and support to reflect product updates.
