Booking.com BV seeks a Trust & Safety Analyst to strengthen frontline defense and protect customers, partners and guests. You will investigate safety incidents, produce reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or specialized diploma in a relevant field (e.g. International Relations, Public/Business Administration, Homeland Security, Criminology, Politics, Trust & Safety).
• Strong understanding of security governance and risk management in a trust & safety context.
• Experience with topics such as human rights, human trafficking, or safety hazards.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Excel, Slides, Docs).
• Basic to advanced OSINT skills; SQL/Hadoop knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate a broad range of trust and safety topics and security incidents.
• Produce insightful, data-driven reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Security, Legal, PR, and Ops to drive improvements.
• Lead projects from start to finish to enhance processes and efficiency.
• Mentor and support onboarding for new hires and stakeholders.
